Choc Bean Brownies

These brownies are literally CHOC full of goodness! Completely Gluten free and bursting with protein they will fill your belly and curb any cravings. This will only make 6 medium sized muffins – which is good as you don’t need to eat too many, but if you have a big family to feed double the recipe!

Chocolate bean brownies

You Need;

1 can Kidney Beans (preferably organic)
2 free range eggs
1/2 cup cacao powder
3 TBsp coconut oil – plus extra to coat muffin tray
1/2 cup honey/maple syrup/rice malt syrup
1 tsp baking powder

To Prepare;

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Blend everything altogether in blender. Grease your muffin tray with coconut oil. Pour into tray, fill to 3/4 full.
Place into preheated oven at 180 degrees for aprrox 20min, brownies should be springy but still a little soft in the middle. When you take them out of the oven let them sit in the tray to cool off a bit, 5-10 minutes, as they can fall apart if you take them out too soon!
