EAT SLEEP YOGA REPEAT
EAT; We take much pride in nourishing you through healthy, fresh and delicious Vegan food. Each retreat we serve seasonal meals and take time to share with you our passion and philosophy around healthy eating practices.
SLEEP; Over our weekend together you will be given time out to rest and restore. There are periods of silence, and many places where you can have time to yourself in peace and privacy. All rooms are cosy and comfortable ensuring perfect conditions for a good nights sleep.
YOGA; Each morning we gather for 2hrs beginning with Mediation, followed by a strong, dynamic practice of Yoga. We take time to learn the specifics of Vinyasa Yoga and you will be lead to challenge your body, as well as rest your mind. Over the weekend you will experience Yin Yoga, Relaxation and Breathing techniques and Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep).
