Mindful Mama’s Yoga is all about having the ability to include a Yoga practice into your busy life as a Mother. We work on strengthening and opening the body through an alignment based Yoga Flow. Bringing in Meditation and Pranayama (breathing) practice we are able to see that Yoga is much more than just a form of exercise. Bring your little ones to play alongside as you explore time to yourself.
