Yoga strength is a means to build whole body strength through the postures of Yoga. We break down the poses, spending longer holding each one, always finishing with some restoration and relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners as it is a slower format, as well as being a great challenge for advanced practitioners who are used to a faster class. We meet in silence for 15 minutes of seated meditation and breathing practices.
